Wow! JCPenney has decided to offer free kid haircuts every Sunday starting November 4, 2012!
The response to their August promotion was a huge success: 1.6 million kids received free haircuts.
In an effort to get more traffic to jcpenney, they are making this new promotion permanent.
Kids in grades kindergarten through 6th are eligible for the free haircut ($14 value).
Call or stop in to your local jcpenney salon to schedule an appointment. There are salons located in the East Towne Mall, West Towne Mall, and Janesville Mall.
