Home Depot Kids WorkshopThis Saturday, February 2, 2013, bring your kids to Home Depot for the FREE Kids Workshop.  This month children can build a Valentine Card holder!

On the first Saturday of every month, Home Depot offers a fun activity for kids ages 5-12. For the November workshop, kids will get to build a turkey napkin holder while learning about tool safety.

The workshop hours are 9 a.m. to noon–stop in any time. On average, it takes about 20 minutes to complete the activity. The time it takes will depend on your kids though, so be sure to allow plenty of time. Sheila mentioned it usually takes her kids (ages 5 and 7) 40 minutes to complete the activity.

Each participant will get to take home their project, a Kids Workshop Apron, commemorative pin, and a certificate.

Below is a list of Home Depot locations and their contact information. You may want to call ahead to ensure your store is doing the same project.
